Wednesday Night Pirate Golf League

OVERVIEW
This is our Wednesday night 9-hole league that is played every Wednesday night from March through September during Daylight Savings Time at Countryway Golf Club, a fun executive course in the Westchase area.  Starting in 2025, the season will run from May through September.  Sign up and pay $24 for each round in our WebApp.  There is no requirement to play each week.  Play as much or little as you like!

The league consists of holes 1-9, but players may play the back 9 after they finish the front 9 as daylight allows.

$20 LEAGUE FEE
You may play 2 league rounds without paying the $20 league fee.  However, it must be paid by your 3rd round.  All league fees go to prize money for the season and the Championship Round.  To pay your league fee, go into our WebApp, click the home icon, and go to the bottom right of the screen to find Membership section.  Click to pay the CGL league fee there.

THE GAMES
$1 per player goes to the winner of the quota game.  $1 per player goes to each closest-to-the-pin on two par 3 holes.  Quota game winner must have paid their $20 league fee.

QUOTAS
Players' quotas adjust after every round.  If you beat your quota, you go up 1 point.  If you miss your quota, you go down 1 point.  Each player's Crossbones Golf League quota adjusts independently from their Pirate Golf Tour tournament quota, Black Skull Golf League quota and Monday Night Pirate Golf League quota.

SCORING & LEAGUE POINTS
The quota game scoring uses our modified Stableford system, with the points breakdown below.  For league standings, you receive 2 points for each week you play, plus 1 point for every player you beat that week.  Standings are posted below, and are updated weekly.
