This is a limited field, tee time event.  No first time players, only Gaspar golfers qualified to play in this year's Gaspar Masters.  First tee time is 9:59am, with 9 more tee times following at 8 and 9 minute intervals.  The Groups and tee times will be posted on the Facebook group the week of the event.  Range balls are included, so get there in plenty of time to warm up and make your group's tee time.

2 scorecards MUST be turned in at pro shop immediately after play, or players in that group will face a DQ.  Please verify scores after EACH hole, and write them on your scorecards.  Only write the number of strokes your group made on the scorecard.  Please write legibly so it's easy for us to enter your scores.  If for some reason there are discrepencies on the 2 cards, the HIGHER numbers will be counted as those players' scores on those holes.

2 balls off the first tee, pick your favorite.  As usual, max score is a triple bogey.  This means that if you miss your double bogey, PLEASE pick your ball up and get out of the way, which will help speed up play.

Group Captains will enforce pace of play, any rules interpretations, drops, and gimme putts (inside the band on THEIR putter, not inside your grip).  Please, in the name of all pirate golfers worldwide, speed up your pace of play so we can all finish in around 4 hours.

Scoring will be done by Sunday night, with winners announced on the Facebook group.

Prize drawing will be done the following week, in a Facebook Live.

Mike "White Lightning aka White Wizard aka White Mike" Caporale won the Gaspar Masters in spectacular fashion, carding a Gaspar record 9 under par 63 at World Woods on the Rolling Oaks course.  With birdies on 5 of the first 6 holes, and only one bogey on his near perfect front 9, Caporale went out in 32.  His back 9 was equally impressive, as he had 4 consecutive birdies to start the back 9, and 2 more on holes 16 and 18, with just one bogey, and came in with a 31.  It's hard for our lower handicap players to win, as it can take a special round to come out on top.  This was just that type of round.  Mike was +9, one of the best finishes we've ever seen, but more impressive that it was +9 over a 36 Points Quota.  This is Caporale's 2nd Gaspar win, following his Jose Gaspar title in December 2019 at Innisbrook on the North Course.  Mike earned a nice payday of $257 for 1st place, plus additional $76 in prize money for 3 Skins and a Closest to the Pin.

2nd place, and Skallywag honors, goes to Adam Larson, his the second time he's finished just outside the top spot in 2020.  His round of 82 gave him a +7.5 on his Quota, earning $77 in prize money.

The Wench was in quite safe hands with Tony "Kingpin" Ambrose holding onto last place.  His round of 106 was worth a dubious -6.5 under his Quota.
