The rain held off at Cabot Citrus Farms, and everyone finished without using their rain gloves and umbrellas.  63 players fought for the top spots, and Bret Miller grabbed his first Gaspar Invitational title in the A Flight, while Troy Jackson held off Tony Ambrose in the B Flight to win his 2nd title.

Bret Miller fired a 3-under par 69, and finished at +8 in the quota game, playing in our premier group that went out first.  2 players in the group, including Bret and Mike Caporale, shot in the 60s on Karoo.  Caporale won the medalist honors with an impressive 67.  There were 3 players tied for runner-up, with Caporale winning on the 2nd scorecard playoff hole with a hole out eagle on the par 4 hole #13.

Over in the B Flight, Troy Jackson shot perhaps a career best 83 to finish at +9.5 in the quota game.  Tony Ambrose was in the hunt all day, and while matching Troy's 83, he finished at +6.5 due to a higher quota.

Our Wench came down to a playoff, with CJ Collins taking the dubious honors over Mike Doherty, who faced the 5-point addition in his first official event.
