Eric Toliver was 1 of only 9 players to best their quota number out of 43 players on the tough Quarry Course at Black Diamond Ranch on a warm afternoon in Lecanto.  Eric shot a 92, and bettered his 15 quota by +4.5, which goes to show how tough it was yesterday.  He's our Jose Gaspar of the month, and wins $270 for 1st place, plus another $42 for a skin on #18, for a total of $312.

We had a tie between former winner, Zak Taylor, and Tarun Godiyal at +2.5, so we had to go to the scorecards to break the tie.  Zak gives Tarun a shot on 9 holes, and the tie was broken on the 2nd hardest hole when Tarun made a double bogey to Zak's par.  Zak shot 89, and is our Skallywag for the month, winning $90 for 2nd place, plus another $42 for a skin, for a total of $132.

Tarun shot a 103, and with his +2.5 finish, he earns the Deckhand honors for September, along with $30 in prize money.

Victor Castro won the dubious honor of the Wench for September, repeating his June honor in the Citrus Open at Cabot Citrus Farms.  Fortunately, his quota comes down another 2 points, giving him a better chance to score next season!

We only had 5 total skins that held, so each skin was worth $42!  Our Closest-to-the-Pins winners receive $30 in prize money, PLUS a free round at Black Diamond!
