We had 36 pirates drive over to Polk County to play at Huntington Hills, and while the round was a slow one, the weather was incredible, and the golf course was a fun one.  The fairways were tight and suffered from temps in the 20's-30's a few weeks ago.  The course has a great and fun design, with greens that were pure.

Sean McNamee shot his 2nd best score ever to dominate the A Flight in our Lovers & Losers tournament, finishing at 77 and at +8.5 in the quota game.  His 1st place prize money was $180, and he also picked up a skin for $18, and a CTP for another $36.  His total prize money on the day was $234.

CJ Collins won his first championship in the B Flight, firing a 93 to finish at +3.5 in the quota game.  His prize money for 1st place was $180.

2nd place in the A Flight went to the legend, 73-year-old Phillip Wilson, who shot an 80 and a +2.5 score in the quota game.  Phillip received $36 for 2nd place, plus $18 for a skin, and $36 for a CTP, to finish with $90 in prize money.

2nd place in the B Flight went to Manuel Villar, who shot a 92, ending up at +2 in the quota game.  Manuel receives $36 for 2nd place.

Our overall wench goes to the Hustler, Christina Miller, who ended up at -8.5 in the quota game, tying Mike Holmes.  It went to 4th easiest hole on the scorecard to break the tie.

Gaspar Golf returns to Lakeland next month, playing at the incredible and tough Eaglebrooke on March 14.
