After 40 previous tournament starts, Bob "Swanny" Swan, came through in his 41st event, taking home the crown at Ardea Country Club on a perfect day for golf.  His score of 81 got him to +9 over his 20 quota, beating out Fabian "Fireball" Zamora by 3 points.  He took home the title of Jose Gaspar and $296.  Swanny also grabbed a skin for another $14, for a total of $310 in prize money.

Fabian Zamora came in 2nd place, shooting an 83, beating his 21 quota by +6.  He earned $98 in prize money, and the title of Skallywag for the month.

Frank "Playboy" Perez fired an impressive 79 to finish in 3rd place, beating his 26 quota by +4.5 points.  He took home $32, plus another $14 for a skin, for a total of $46.

Bringing up the rear was Ray Holliday, after seeing his 5-point quota adjustment for his first official round.  He shot a 102, finishing -10 from his 24 quota.

The A flight skins went almost entirely to players with names starting with a "J" for some reason.  Only Frank and Dave Tomello bucked the trend.  We had perhaps the most skins won in a single tournament, including 2 eagles!  16 total skins on the day was quite impressive on the fast greens of Ardea.

We had 5 players who missed the group photo, and should not have had the 1 tee shot mulligan.  Jared K, Arun, Owen, Bob and Jared S were missing in action.

We will be at a new tournament host in February, at Clermont National, and I've reserved 2 of their Top Tracer golf simulator bays for our players.  I've heard it's a nice, hilly course, so get signed up early!
